both are well-equipped gyms with plenty of equipment to suit people at all levels.

My pursuit to constantly develop my knowledge and service combined with my passion to help people sets me apart from the rest.
I'll never ask a client to do something that I haven't done or been able to achieve myself as I pride myself on leading by example with my training and consistency.

An individually purchased one-hour personal training session, redeemable anytime within my availability.

One session a week billed on a monthly basis at a discounted rate which you can cancel anytime.
This also comes with a tailored training program, nutritional guidance, and access to my comprehensive exercise library, and education section.
twice a week pt
Two session a week billed on a monthly basis at a discounted rate which you can cancel anytime.
Includes a training programme, nutritional goals, a comprehensive exercise library, WhatsApp support and access to the education section
personal training & online coaching
Weekly personal training sessions alongside all the perks that online coaching has to offer including nutritional goals, weekly video check-ins, monthly coaching calls, 7-day-a-week accountability and support.
what service is right for you?
Due to results taking time (and being influenced by effort and adherence), I’d advise getting at least one block of personal training if your funds permit.
Additionally, due to your progress being influenced by factors like nutrition, consistency, and effort with training outside of PT sessions, sleep, and stress management I also offer online coaching alongside personal training at an affordable rate which is my recommended package.
This will allow us to control all the variables that will impact your progress inside and outside the gym, allowing us to maximize your progress.
Lastly, transitioning to purely online coaching could be a great option for those who have gained the confidence, correct form, and effort through in-person personal training.
